Getting help has been impossible.
The Recorded instructions kept getting dropped. I couldnt get an email address or the instructions for the chat or any other instructions cause a bad reception..
I am unable to find a way to get to return the product with within the 30 days and I would like a refund.
Please have someone call me at 303-819-****. Thank you very much.

I received the product and didn't like its thick, gritty taste. Then I was charged a $40.00 monthly fee with no product, then another with a small amount of product.
I wasn't able to cancel my subscription or reach a human.
The service is poor, the product is not to my taste, and no one can be reached. However, I must say the marketing is fantastic.

Read … took 3 purchases off my credit card
3 days before my subscription, I changed what I wanted and the weeks, and they still sent me the same 2 things when they didn't even look at what I changed in my account. Now I'm stuck with 2 products I don't want and $90 down the drain.
Then Mud/Wtr charged me 2x on my credit card on 9/4: $80.00 and $90.00, totaling $170.00. Then on 9/12, they charged me $145.00.
When there is no 1-800 number to talk to a representative in the company, that alarms me. It's suspect!
Preferred solution: I want a number to call. I want 90. Refund for 2 cans of mudwatr that I didn’t want (and changed in my account) and I want a call from them

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The package had fallen behind a fence pillar.
So, it did, indeed arrive. They contacted me via email immediately.
It would have been nice if they had a live person to speak to but I do appreciate them contacting me.. ISSUE RESOLVED.
I only got a recording. I could not leave a message.
I got an email, and it said my order was delivered yesterday. We did not receive it.
If I don't get resolved by tomorrow morning, I am contacting the bank, USAA, to dispute the charge. Thank you.

I have enjoyed your product, the taste & texture, however my fiances are slimmer than when! First ordered.
The delivery was lovely not a lot of waste paper. It came on time. Tins are rather tough to open for someone of limited strength but doable with a rubber hammer. Would have liked the speak with a human.
